Nomad Sculpt: - realistic eyeball and A.I. variations in Dream by wombo
Revisited my 3d eyeball did a while ago following @glensoutherngfx’s tutorial on how to build a realistic eyeball using Nomad Sculpt. . This time I tried to take it further and bring more realism to the model. . At first the model was done mostly by using Radial Symmetry tool, and afterwards, I tried making a custom Stamp Brush with and a iris shaped alpha. . Lowering the opacity all the way down so it would only affect the texture in small bits and playing with layers as well to find the perfect balance between color and texture, I made sure that the eyeball had enough resolution (around 2 mil vertices) wich I ended up decimating as soon as I was happy with the result. . Most of the time I turned on Dynamic typology just so I could bring even more detail into the eye. . At the end I made sure to use the drag tool with radial symmetry just to push it a bit inside from the center of the eye… that way a lot more depth is clearly visible and bringing this model even more close to how an eye would look like. . I’m really happy with the result also with the Variations from @dreambywombo app, using render images of the eye as base for the AI art app to just remix and build such cool new perspectives of my model! . All and all my experiments tend to pay off as I am hooked on 3d sculpting and 3d modeling more and more without loosing interest too quickly. .
